CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the CM Punjab Minority Card 2026 Scheme. Online registration for the Minority Card is now open at the Punjab Portal (mcard.punjab.gov.pk). For the first time in history, the Government of Punjab is providing direct financial assistance to minority communities. Minorities are an integral part of the province and have the basic right to receive financial support, just like other communities in Pakistan. Undoubtedly, the Minority Card is the first and exclusive welfare scheme introduced by PML-N CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif for minorities. In the first phase, more than 100,000 deserving and needy families across Punjab will be eligible for the Minority Card.
CM Punjab Minority Card 2026 Online Registration
The CM Punjab Minority Card is a welfare scheme for 2026 aimed at religious communities and minorities. The Government of Punjab will provide financial assistance to all registered minorities who meet the PMT score criteria. The PSER survey has already been completed to identify and register deserving families across Punjab. Beneficiaries of the CM Minority Card will receive PKR 10,500 every three months during the year.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Minority Card Program 2026
- Applicant must belong to a recognized minority community in Pakistan.
- Must be a resident of Punjab province with valid local address proof.
- Family must be registered under the PSER survey conducted by the Punjab government.

- Submit the form to view your current balance and payment history.
