The Parwaaz Card is a financial and employment facilitation program that supports skilled individuals who have secured an international job offer but lack funds to cover pre-departure costs. The card enables access to interest-free loans through the Bank of Punjab, along with skills training, certification, visa support, and job placement assistance. This initiative is implemented by the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF).
